Indian markets opened flat with positive note Tuesday as investors look for two-day monetary policy committee meeting that will begin later this day.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 32,542.84, 27.90 points or 0.9 percent up compared to its previous close at 32,514.94.
