Seoul Shares End Lower-Aug 21
 

Seoul shares ended lower on Monday.

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) lost 3.37 points, or 0.14 percent, to settle at 2,355.00. Trading volume stood at 204.5 million shares worth 3.75 trillion won (3.3 billion U.S. dollars).

South Korea's currency finished at 1,139.0 won against the greenback, up 2.3 won from the previous close.
