Spanish shares gain on Monday, with the benchmark Ibex-35 up 0.19 percent, or 19.9 points, to close at 10,446.50 points.
Among the selected 35 large companies, 23 gained in the day.
Banc Sabadell advanced 2.05 percent, the top gainer, followed by Spain's fourth largest bank BBVA and Spain's third largest bank Caixabank that rose 1.25 percent and 1.22 percent respectively.
Chemical and pharmaceutical company Grifols went down 1.85 percent, the top loser of the blue chips.
Engineering and infrastructure company Tecnicas Reunidas lost 1.71 percent and Energy and infrastructure company Acciona lost 1.56 percent.
